How we work
Four rules built into the product itself
Every expert here was checked by a person
Every expert submits their registration and qualifications, and a human reviews them before the profile becomes visible. Each listing follows its registration automatically, staying live while that registration is current.
We do not diagnose or prescribe
No part of this platform practises medicine. Assessments and guidance point you towards a qualified human; they never stand in for one. That boundary is enforced in code, and it applies to our own writing as much as to anything a model produces.
The platform speaks when it helps
Quiet is the default. The app speaks up when it has something useful for you, and the part of the system that makes that call is kept apart from anything that earns us money. If you are having a hard week, all commercial prompts pause.
